This is a beautiful vintage hand embroidered table cloth, and is more than likely from the 1950’s. It is a very pale cream, but shows more as white in the photographs. The main design is a circle with garlands spreading outwards to the square outside edge.

The circle and the square are all embroidered with flowers.

The tablecloth is square in shape and measures approximately 34”.

The edge is approximately 1.75” and has very small open work stitching.

For honesty and accuracy the white ‘buttons’ across the top of the table cloth are magnets holding it to the frame for photographing.

This item is free from marks and other flaws and is recently laundered and line dried in the Lincolnshire fresh air. Prior to despatch the item will be starched, as storing starched items can lead to discoloration.
